I chose storytelling as a career after completing my first college newspaper story, in which a dorm advisor armed with a hockey stick chased a thief.
After more than a decade working as a full-time business journalist for the Puget Sound Business Journal, I gave up the daily deadline grind to freelance. Today, I create B2B content that helps companies connect with customers.
B2B companies use my superior storytelling, interviewing, and writing skills to create compelling B2B content, including case studies, white papers, thought leadership articles, lead nurturing campaigns, and other marketing materials.
I also occasionally work as a freelance business journalist writing for publications. In the past, I have written stories for The Puget Sound Business Journal, Seattle Business, Nation’s Restaurant News, Business First of Buffalo, and Alaska Airlines magazine.
Specialties: I help B2B marketing managers and B2B content strategists develop compelling content that connects with customers, moving them from browsers to buyers. I have specialized in writing customer stories for many years. For enterprise customers, I’ve worked on lead nurturing article and email campaigns, positioning papers, white papers and trade press articles.
I have also helped small companies with their marketing and public relations campaigns.
